Levi Chriss is a versatile and innovative leader with a focus on improving financial performance and enabling growth.  His career spans multiple decades’ in leadership roles with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett Packard, MedSynergies (acquired by Optum360), Oculus Health, and most recently as CEO of AITHOZ, Inc.

Levi has an extensive background driving efficiency through application, and optimization of technology, and process improvement while enabling clients to achieve their goals and objectives. Levi has a diverse background with experience in Technology and Service Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Product Management, Strategic Sourcing and Partner Management. 

David jefferson

Co-FOUNDER | Operations & Compliance

David Jefferson has 35+ years of professional leadership experience and has developed a keen sense of delivering right solutions for clients in technology and healthcare. David benefits from career experiences at HP and IBM where he excelled at Operational Management and External Client Relationship Management. David worked in consumer retail, healthcare, financial and David also founded DJ Enterprises in 1996, built a team that leverages certified project management and senior consultants resources to identify and implement solutions across many industries. In 2013 David joined Medsynergies, a division of Optum/United Healthcare as an Senior Account manager responsible for onboarding new clients, establishing relationships with C-Suite decision makers and serving as the single accountability leader for delivering Medsynergies’ Operational contract commitments. Most recently David served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at AITHOZ, a healthcare solutions company focusing on revenue cycle management from and end to end solution perspective. David has spent time since June 2020 focusing on Care Management Services’ strategies, solutions and implementation processes.

Eric Chiyembekeza

Co-FOUNDER | Innovation & Population health

Eric has spent most of his career working within the FQHC space. He has been involved in program development and management, infrastructural improvements, workforce development, and serving as both CFO and COO of different health centers. In 2018 Eric founded Qualic Health—a consulting firm with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions and maximize their potential.

He is a detail-oriented professional with the ability to streamline organizational production through restructuring of policies and procedures, operations, finances, RCM analysis, patient satisfaction and team productivity.
